    I'm not sure what the copyright or trade mark licensing situation would be if you use the eBid logo. I have a recollection (maybe incorrect) that someone ran into problems over this some time ago.

    You recollect correctly. A member offered to print some but management wouldn't give their permission.

    a) They're asleep at the wheel (judging by how often issues are fixed these days). So they probably wouldn't notice.

    b) Besides, can you really imagine a user in America being sued by a British company? At the most there'd be a "cease and desist" notice. And how stupid would a company owner have to be to try to clamp down on free publicity?
