Selection problems on many eBid pages

At certain screen sizes it is impossible to select certain options on many eBid pages. As an example see the image below:



If I click on any checkboxes (circled) the page behaves as if I had clicked on the menu selector (arrowed) and displays/hides the dropdown menu; the selection of the checkbox is ignored.
