No notificaion from Ebid of sale

Tonight I sold an item and the buyer has paid for the item with Paypal. They apparently used the Ebid checkout as the email from Paypal had the usual Ebid format. I have however had no notification of the sale from Ebid. On the item page there is a notification which says "Closed. Awaiting Processing" but none of the usual information about sale and payment.

In my "Items I've Sold" page it says "Immediate payment due by Fri 07 Jun 2019" but the buyer has already paid as I have said. There is nothing at all in the "Listings I Ran with sales" section. Has anyone else ever had a problem like this?

Also, Ebid don't appear to have charged me any fees for the sale.

Have you checked that your notification box is still ticked for that kind of email ? If it is I would email support@ebid.net and give them the item number to check it out.

I received the emails the next day and the appropriate selling information is now showing on the listing page, must have been a delay or an error which Ebid corrected, thanks.

Happened to me last night - if it hadn't have been for the Paypal payment email coming through, I would never have known about the sale.

And yes, the box is ticked in My Notfications to receive sale emails.

This seems to be strange how it is happening too. Contacting eBid Support did not seem to register that there seemed to be an email problem.

6/4/2020 I DID NOT get eBid - Successful Sale via BuyNow email.
6/4/2020 I GOT eBid - ASL - Payment Received (PayPal) Lefton Pennsylvania Dutch girl email.
6/5/2020 I sent eBid Support notice of no email for #190072679 Lefton Pennsylvania Dutch girl and ask if they would please RESEND the email. There was NO RESPONSE of any kind.
6/7/2020 I FW email dated 6/5/2020 to eBid Support and GOT RESPONSE ticket.
6/8/2020 I GOT email from eBid Support telling me I could go to ASL to find the information I needed to complete the sale. There was no mention of resending the email or the fact that I didn't receive one to when the sale was made.
6/8/2020 I sent a reply to eBid Support telling them I knew the information is in my ASL section, however that doesn't put it in my email and that they apparently cannot resend the email. Never got the email or heard why.




6/12/2020 I GOT eBid - Successful Sale via BuyNow - Lefton Blemished Miss Priss creamer 1508 blue cat vintage fair condition [193574035]. ** I DID NOT get eBid - ASL - Payment Received (PayPal) email. Both eBid - ASL and PayPal show this payment was received.

We've been working on this for a few days now and have located the problem at last. It seems Gmail have increased their security settings and a few eBid emails addressed to Gmail recipients were being bounced by them without pre-warning.

We have now made the changes on our side to ensure all Gmail emails are being delivered as they were before the change.

Thanks for the input, it took a while to locate due to normal bounced email checks not picking up on this.
