"Offers Rec'd" tab doesn't clear after offer accepted

When an offer is made and the item is sold the process is supposed to move the item from the "Offers Rec'd" tab to the "Sold" tab. It does show the sold item in the "Sold" area but it also still shows the sold item in the "Offers Rec'd" area.

I have been hiding the ones still in the "Offers Rec'd" as that will remove them from the "Offers Rec'd" tab on the Dashboard but I feel when it says it will be moved to sold that should auto remove it from the "Offers Rec'd" tab.

Also, if a person gets an offer then they get way too many emails about it until they check emails / or ebid.

Well it seems I was wrong when I thought it was fixed as mine is not clearing either. Just made a slip in the positive direction on one I guess and I thought they had fixed it. I agree the emails seem to have so little time lapse after the offer that you have a bundle of them very soon.

The offer stays in the "Offers Rec'd" list with an updated status message.



This was added to avoid confusion after some requests. Some users were contacting support asking why their offer had disappeared. Notifications are sent out but emails can be missed and not everyone receives in-app messages on their mobile devices via our app.

There is the option of manually hiding the table row.

Any improvement suggestions will be listened to of course..
