    Default I cannot log in

    Hello,
    I cannot log in to the site.
    I've resetting the password twice, but still I cannot log in.
    I could easily log in to the forum...
    How may I get help?

    Try clearing your cookies etc if that doesn't work then send an email to support@ebid.net they will sort it out. You might not get a reply until morning though as it's nearly 1.00am in the UK.

    If, on entering your correct username and password, you are repeatedly taken back to the login page and asked to login again then here are a few suggestions:


    1. Check that the date and time set on your computer is correct.
    2. Try clearing cookies and your recent browsing history from your browser.
    3. Check that your browser is set to allow eBid to store cookies on your PC - eBid needs this ability to manage your session on the site.
    4. Check that eBid is not listed as a 'Restricted Site' in your browser security settings.
    5. If you have another browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, IE, etc.) installed on your PC, try using that to log in to eBid. If this gives you a successful login that would indicate an errant setting in your original browser.
