Gazza guest buyers are still not understanding they can get back into eBid after purchasing to leave feedback. I posted a thread a year ago about this but I continue getting emails from buyers thanking me for their items but saying they can't leave feedback.

Can something be done to the emails to 'SPELL IT OUT 'that they can get back in via the link to leave feedback or ask questions etc. It also sounds as if nothing has changed since the last discussion and that buyers are still getting bombarded with emails. Is the first email still worded as 'account activation required' ?

Yes, there seemed to be a flood of emails after I placed the order (six, if I recall), some with very long hyperlinks, and I'm afraid I didn't flog through any that weren't directly about the order, so may have lost the key one.
I'll know another time.
Something needs to be made simpler for first time guest buyers to understand !
