Can't upload photos

When i'm trying to upload a photo I am getting a pop up box saying Error: Invalid file extension: thumbnail (2).jfif

Well seem to have solved the problem must have been something to do with my phone. what I dont know because it had been working fine before,I am back to using my camera and that is working so all is sort of good.

That's an irregular file format. Try using the SIMPLE form to upload with this and see how you get on.

JFIF defines a number of details that are left unspecified by the JPEG Part 1 standard (ISO/IEC 10918-1, ITU-T Recommendation T.81: Information technology – Digital compression and coding of continuous-tone still images – Requirements and guidelines).
