Ninja won't update

I was hoping to make a return to eBid after a long illness, thought I'd start by checking my listings in Ninja which told me it was in need of an update.

I updated Adobe Air, then tried to update Ninja from My Bulk Uploads and got this garbage...




This was a nice big, clear picture, but the forum software has downsized it to mush.


Win 10, desktop, Firefox browser, all up to date, cache cleared etc....

my enthusiasm to return has waned for today, I am going back to my cave and will try again soon.

Hi,

We looked into this and found the problem unique to Firefox only.

After a bit of digging we think we've fixed it. Can you close Firefox completely and then re-open and try to download again now.

eBid, we have lift off! Ninja is A OK

But, I closed firefox down, re-opened it but still no joy, soooo, I ran CCleaner, restarted the PC and made a coffee.
The coffee worked and all installed smoothly, my many listings are still there, now backed up and ready for me to edit.
