    Thumbs up Need Help!

    I cannot use Ninja Lister to upload auctions because I am missing the "eBidCategoryList.xml" file.

    My Ninja Lister is up to date (version 2.15) / Adobe Air up to date.

    Would appreciate if anyone who uses Ninja Lister in their business can provide me with the
    necessary xml file so that I may correct the issue affecting my Ninja Lister.

    ​I'm afraid I've never used Ninja Lister so can't be of any help. You could contact support@ebid.net though if nobody answers here.

    sorry I just had a quick look, not knowing where the xml lives, and couldn't see it clicking through various folders. Is it worth trying uninstalling then reinstalling it via the website as may have got mangled in the original install [unless it was related to the ddos attack. If your listings are backed up this will not delete them although you may have to restore them once reloaded [btw just had an air update so may also be that

    ok I can't upload atm, it may be related to the security in place to prevent ddos attacks

    The file is downloaded when NL is booted up if it cannot be found.

    If you visit
    C:\Users\WINDOWS_USERNAME\NinjaLister\
    then you should see the file eBidCategoryList.xml

    If it's not there, close down NL and reopen it up.

    If it is there, try closing NL, renaming it or deleting the file and then reopening it to get a fresh copy.

    If it's still not being downloaded it could be related to your anti-virus/security software.
