We did the hard work for the change on Saturday morning but are fixing a small problem we located to the public side of the new facility as we speak that won't require any more downtime when it goes live.

I'll update the forum message to reflect this.

Thanks for updating. I was wondering if the change had been implemented yet. I'll bulk edit my auto-posts instead of letting listings close.

The updates we are making this coming week mean that any reposts will now not create a duplicate listing but will re-use the previous instance again. The listing will keep the same listing ID and the original listing will disappear from your LISTINGS I RAN section and re-appear in the LISTING I'M RUNNING section. The use of the REPOST + DELETE checkboxes will therefore also change. Using the same ID will allow links that appear in search engines to remain valid and not take a user to the closed version of the listing any longer. The changes will be live in the coming days.

Ebid has never learned the basic rule of freelancing: Promise Thursday, deliver Wednesday, result happy customer. Promise Tuesday, deliver Wednesday, result angry customer. But hey, I delivered Wednesday both times, I don't understand...
