What does the payment circle mean when it is half red half green?

That happens when your buyer manually marks a payment as being sent. If you have received the payment then you can manually mark it as received and the circle will turn totally green and vice versa if you are the buyer.
For example if someone was to send a cheque they could mark the after sales log as payment being sent and then when the seller gets it they can mark it as received.
