Hi, I want to print out for tax return reasons lists of items sold, however only some of the items I've sold are now showing! How do I see a list of all sold?

If you go to My eBid > My Fees & Invoices there is a blue Export button where you can download data from each tab for given periods. Depending on what data you require you may need to filter the results. I believe the exported data file is suitable for importing into a spreadsheet application.

Thanks, just tried it, but it doesn't give me a list of the items sold and amounts, just the fee invoice from Ebid. I couldn't see how to filter results as there is only the export button to click. I don't sell many items, I don't use spread sheets or anything like that as I don't earn enough to pay tax, but I have to send a return in every year anyway. I usually just make a print out of the items sold and file it away. Was just looking at my listings and noticed that some of the items sold were no longer being shown and wondered how I could bring a complete list up so I can print it.

If you export the Fees data then those lines that contain the text "Final Value Fee" are your sold items.
The only filtering you can do on export is the period covered (e.g. April 2016 to April 2017 for the 2016/2017 tax year); any other filtering will have to be done on your PC using whatever software you have available. Ideally a spreadsheet app, but a good text editor (such as Notepad++) would likely suffice.
Would probably be 'nice' if you could filter the exported data a bit more so that you could, for example, state "Just give me the FVF data" . You have to work with what is currently available though. If what is in the exported data doesn't work for you then I don't know of any other way of accessing historical sales data; maybe someone else does.
Thanks, yes was clicking wrong link! Have now found the past sales details by clicking 'previous' rather than the 'export' button. Thanks for your help.
