1. Send your invoice,
2. Send two payment reminders
3. If no response, mark as non paying bidder
4. Finally leave negative Feedback and reclaim FVF.
All actions must be via the ASL drop down menu.

But I can not send payment reminders and I can not mark as non paying bidder.
When I select these buttons in the menu appears pop-up window.
OK - in that case you need to get in touch with support@eBid.net and explain the situation [and don't forget the auction listing number]
You could always send payment reminders by private email but there will be no record of them on the ASL.

Had a look on After Sale Log Options and no reclaim FVF on list
done

It usually takes about two days for the reclaim FVF fee option to appear on the after sales log drop down menu so check it again in two days time.
