Last night's supper:

Rotisserie done in the George Foreman rotisserie with season salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper

Artichoke done in the Instant Pot for 20 minutes on high pressure with quick release. I added crushed garlic and lemon juice to the cooking water.

Baked potato cooked via micro convection (I think it was 10 or 12 minutes)

Tonight was smoked peppered mackerel with creamed horseradish. Jolly nice it was too.
