I would like my FVF fee back please

Hello, A newbie buyer playing with eBid from Latvia bought an item from me and immediately asked to cancel as he was (his reason) - playing with eBid! I did so because obviously buyers have a right to cancel due to distance selling regs. I went to my fees and see I've been charged £1.98. How do I get that fee refunded? I don't really want to have to cancel my bill payment methods and close my shop, which I'm very tempted to do, as in goodness knows how long I've only had one sale.

Send an invoice, send two payment reminders, mark as non paying bidder and finally leave negative and reclaim FVF via the ASL.
