Probleme with Skrill

Hi,

My buyers have a problem using Skrill to pay me.
All of them have the same message "Transaction not allowed, Wrong email address"
Is it normal?
Am i the only one?
My Skrill email address is ok, my Skrill account as well.
Anyone can help?

Just a thought - do you use a different email for Skrill to the one that you use for eBid?

And are your Skrill details entered onto your "My eBid" dashboard payment preferences?

And yes the Skrill email address is the same as Ebid. And it is specified on My eBid--Personnal Details......
I still don't understand why it is not working....

In that case I would contact support@ebid.net and ask them to check it out. I offer Skrill but nobody has used it to pay me for quite a while so I'm afraid I don't know if I'm getting the same problem or not.

What a joke, i am super mad right now, because i have just been told by Skrill, over the phone, that they don't work with eBid at the moment, there is some kind of problem between them....
Is anyone manage to sell using Skrill past month?

Odd, as I've received Skrill payments from Germany twice since Christmas for eBid sales.
