That's the way I've always done it - usually in blocks of 20-30 so not too many at once.

My problem is missing listings that I don't find until updating shipping rates - a few always seem to disappear after a site update.

I would suggest that doing that way is more time intensive and prone to error if you are not careful. Another advantage in using Bulk Edit is that it doesn't affect the finish times so you don't get blocks of items finishing together.

But what happened to the items that should have been listed and have disappeared into the ether? I have a small box of such items and to be honest not sure what to do with them, i will have to photograph them all and then relist them but question is, will the original listings reappear again???

Using "listings I Ran - without Sales" won't pick up everything that closes. For example if you have a multiple item listing with say 10 items and 2 of them sell, when the listing closes you will still have 8 items to sell. In this case the listing will not appear in "listings I Ran - without Sales" but in "listings I Ran - with Sales", which is correct as even though you have unsold items the listing did sell some items. Also if you relist it from "listings I Ran - with Sales" the item count will be wrong (eg it will be 10 and not 8).

I would suggest that there are too many complications in using "listings I Ran" and its still much safer and easier to bulk edit the repost field.
