Better Private Messaging System Please

Hi All,

I am just wanting to ask, if there is anyway a buyer can contact a seller privately once they have purchased an item on BIN, The reason I am asking is Some of my items that I have decided to delete for now require the buyer to send me a message with personalisation message they would like on their item.

Obviously neither myself or the Buyer would want this information appearing publicly on my listings as it would soon get confusing for myself and other buyers looking at my listing.

Is it possible to add a message to seller at the checkout stage with paypal just as it is on feebay.

Any help is much appreciated.

A seller can add a message to a buyer on the invoice. Does that help? It is not clear exactly what the problem is.

It is safe to use the "public" message system once an item has been sold, no one else will be able to see the seller/buyer conversation other than yourself and your buyer, I do it all the time - in effect, 'public' becomes 'private'. Also, the buyer can leave a message when paying via Paypal.
