Identification Document Request???????

Hi

Can anyone help me, yesterday after ebay upsetting me i decided to go back to ebid. I signed up to Lifetime Subscription and then 24 hours later im hit with "Identification Document Request" So ive updated at least 4 documents but until there reviewed i cant access areas of the page specially my current stock...How long those this process take, its funny straight after i pay for lifetime this happens???
Can anyone from admin check on my progress or tell me when i can continue to use my Ebid to its full potential as i have paid for these services.
