Thank you Gazza. Summary parent categories appear same, but when I clicked individual sub-categories the number of stores is more. Guess the summary page will update to show the increased stores.

Yah! More stores are coming back; so process moving in right direction.

I may be wrong, but I think for the link to go to your store you need to have listings within the store. Currently, it looks like you have 3 listings running, but none are in your store.

Have you tried updating your actual listings to put them in the store?
