    Forgot to add that I have voted - against the majority ( always was a rebel, lol!)
    I don't think that there should be any limit - if someone wishes to auction off an expensive item, then that's ok with me, and God bless 'em for being so generous I say.

    It doesn't necessarily mean that they will win the competition to nominate the next charity, as quite often daft things (or scrumptious things!) are more appealing to YDC'ers who have set their sights on winning and like to do battle to win (not mentioning any names) ...

    The cap for YDC competition entries will remain at £20.00 (or local equivalent).

    Higher value items are still welcome in YDC but will not be considered competition entries.
