Postcards Multi View or Multiview Search Results

Is it possible when a search is done for Multiview Postcards or Multi View Postcards that the results can match?

At present, each search returns vastly differing totals for what is essentially the same search.

Also,

My eBid > Listings I am running > VIEW ALL > Filter by > All Categories....

Doesn't actually show all of my categories, only 20 are shown, most of which are sub-categories.

On my PC, Win 10 and Firefox, both latest versions.

More a suggestion for http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...s-misspellings as the search is not 'essentially the same'.

One is to search for listings that contain the words multi AND view AND postcards, the other to search for listings that contain the words multiview AND postcards. The search engine is responding correctly to the search parameters given.

Thanks Mel, but what method would Joe Public use? I don't think they would use the word AND?

It's the logic search engines use (http://www.ebid.net/uk/help/buying-on-ebid/#faq-1) to interpret your request and not what JP actually enters. Multi View and Multiview are, logically, different search requests. The thread I gave you a link to addresses the issue you are raising and is more likely to get a targeted response.
