Please serve the proper response headers for deleted or closed items. They should NOT be returning SERVER RESPONSE: HTTP/1.1 200 OK but rather a 404 or 410. Many visitors arrive at Ebid from a link that is no longer valid and they are presented with a blank "Not Available" page which results in a very poor user experience and also tells Google the page is still valid. A correct header response needs to happen and a redirect to the homepage wouldn't hurt either.
