I think I need a training buddy...haven't walked more than a mile in 2 and a half years

Would a 'virtual' training buddy help, Moony? If so, I can be one of those for you.

I walk and work out quite a bit. But, can't say I push too hard. More of stroll / stretch / use light weights kind of working out. (I'm pushing 60 and I just can't walk that quickly any more. Old back / neck injuries. Foot problems. I move it as best that I can.)

Also, are you aware of Spark People? The price is right. Free. Lots of resources. You can set up a profile page. Join teams. Track food and exercise. Find 'friends'. Write blogs. And so on. That's one of the places that I hang out. It helps me a great deal.
