help compute gone nuts with 10

When I fist bought this computer with 8.1 in I updated it to windows 10, It has now started to download windows 10 all over again by it's tiny self. has it gone bonkers or is anyone else getting this.

Now it is saying upgrade failed. I am totally clueless as to whats going on

Have heard of this happening when MS has set an upgrade date and user has decided to preempt. If all is still working leave well alone; looks as though it has "failed" because it has detected it is unneeded.

I have W10 running on four machines here, three of them dual booting with various versions of Linux, and with no problems (I'm looking for some wood to touch at the moment!)

It's just done it cam and has exciting new features, it says and is exactly the same now it has done it and wasted 2 hours of my life.

Can't help with windows 10 unfortunately. However I thought I'd say hey and see how my favourite button is doing since I haven't been here in years! I'll give you some clues and see if you can guess who I am. First clue - I used to 'date' someone called Gracie and got made fun of for it!
