    Default Refund Request

    After receiving a purchased item, the buyer decided she didn't want it. The item was returned and marked as a refund issued. How do I request a refund on the fees associated with this non-sale????

    You could ask support, but to be honest, ebid did what they promised - gave you a sale. The rest is between you and the buyer
