my listings have disappeared!

I've managed to get to my store via Facebook...but all my listings have gone.

Sigh, we had this problem once before a couple of months ago, I've emailed support.
Let's hope they get it running again quickly, this is not good for Christmas trade !

Ok my says pending on one and store closed on the other.....but when I go to google it shows my items for sale and takes rite to store to buy? can they buy? What is up and just before the holiday sales...........

Listings should be showing now. Any missing are being re-indexed and will show ok in about 20 mins.

​So what was the problem then Gazza ? Were you doing work on the site or was it a glitch ?

Edit :- Sorry only just seen your other post !

We've located a problem with our indexing software. Some users will be missing listings when viewing "Listings I'm Running". The problem has been located and rectified. Any missing listings will start to show correctly within the next 30 minutes.
