You only have to send 2 reminders, not three. Also, resending an invoice 2 times counts as payment reminders. 3 days after the last reminder has been sent, you will notice in the drop down menu Refund Final Value Fee will appear. You can then mark them as a NPB, Leave Feedback and get your FVF back. Sad to say, but I have 4-5 of these every month.
