Can the visibilty of Holiday Notices be improved please?

Just happened again with a new buyer who missed the insignificant grey 'Notice'

Need this more than ever now as I've just had a new buyer pay for 3 items individually by Paypal instead of waiting for my invoice and postage discount - because they didn't see my Notice So I've had to pay 3 lots of Paypal commission instead of 1 - thank you eBid NOT.

I've done a recent bulk edit to put "Wait for an invoice" into BIG bold letters. Then I had to mess about doing multiple bulk edits to remove the "added by seller" comment. I do not need anyone seeing that it can take years for an item to sell here!
