Can the visibilty of Holiday Notices be improved please?

Need this more than ever now as I've just had 2 overseas buyers pay for 3 items individually by Paypal instead of waiting for my invoice and postage discount - because they didn't see my Notice So I've had to pay 6 lots of Paypal commission instead of 2 - thank you eBid NOT.

Just happened again with a new buyer who missed the insignificant grey 'Notice'

Lol, any bright colour would do, or give us the colour palette back that we used to have on the notices in years gone by (why they took it away is beyond me ?!) ... anything that is more eye catching than drab grey !

Bumping this up again as we might be getting postal strikes and we need to make our customers from overseas aware if this happens. Please, please, please give us our colour option back on our notices eBid so notices stand out.

I still believe that my suggestion back at #11 would be the most effective (though it wouldn't allow for colour) as the user would have to acknowledge it before they viewed the listing and it wouldn't be lost in the listing page as the notice is now.

I dont think there is much chance of change though as the site seems to be getting the minimum maintenance necessary to keep it running and generating revenue.
