That's naughty. You could send it to someone else to download it for you & then send it to you? (maybe...)

Or complain & ask for refund?

I see it requires Windows 8....

Edit: Maybe not so naughty after all - if you click the readers/apps buttons it lists what is needed....

Cant use my other computer ( W10 ) as i am waiting for himself to go and get ma a norton for it, so not taking a chance. all i saw was you could use it on a desktop. Oh well my own fault.

You could download MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials, free) instead of waiting for Norton. (MSE worked well for me for years, and still does for others I know, & I wouldn't touch Norton with a barge pole. I've seen too many computers dragged down with it to almost stop.)

I've used it for years, and had no problems.
I was told that it was the software that IT professionals prefer.

A friend of mine had this on her computer & even the IT profs couldn't remove it. It crippled her computer beyond belief.

I use that on this one squern, at the moment it has been stuck on updating for 2 days and fed up of getting adds to buy junk i don't need to buy.

you also need kobo reader to view it. once you have it you can download from within the program
