The above very faint line occurs at the bottom of the list of contenders for the eBid tape Buddy listing.
Can anybody point me to the info links described above.

I would hazard a guess that it is either:

1. eBid gibberish.

2. Text that belonged to an earlier version of the site when the Bid/Buy buttons were at the bottom of the listing - so still gibberish.

So the mean/average meaning: Gibberish.
