I have no idea what the problem is your probably best sending a message to support.
When i click on your store banner it is only showing 1 item a scarf but on your all about page it lists 33 items

If your username and password don't seem to be working, firstly check you are entering it correctly, you'll be amazed how many people mistake a small "L" for a capital "i" or have an incorrect computer clock. Secondly you can visit our reminder page where you can enter your username or email address and be sent a password reset link by email to your registered email address. The email you receive will identify the IP address of the person who requested the reset. You can find your IP address here if you wish to confirm it came from you.

It could also be a cache problem, try clearing your cache

Maybe the correct password would help.

You are showing 33 listings on the US and UK sites.

The UK is showing you have 2 in your store which means that 31 are not in your store and you are not shipping abroad.

The US site shows you have 1 in your store so there are 32 that you haven't allocated to a category in your store and/or are not shipping abroad.

Your About me page is showing that you do email and phone readings which are not allowed on eBid no matter where you live.
