Annie ~ 2 ideas for you to increase support for Penygloddfa Primary School:
1. Tesco has a Charitable Fund ~ being an employee they might look favourably on you applying for even more help for Penygloddfa .... it would save the School having to rob their books/equipment funds to pay for the outstanding balance which will be required for their Defibrillator.
2. You could maybe put a Notice up on Tesco board ~ eg Charity Auction to help pay for a Defibrillator for Penygloddfa Primary School. eBid.net ~ 24th - 28th March, 2015. If you would like to join in and have a load of fun whilst meeting this need please contact me for more information: Your name & phone number.
Just ideas. There is also your local Lions Club which might also chip in a bit?
I think any School with such a need is worth pulling all the stops out for.....

I had thought of the Tesco Charitable Fund as well and I work with our Community Champion. Although I can mention it to her, the school will have to *actually* ask i.e. write to her to see if Tesco will make a contribution. I'll speak to Kat next week.
Will work on a notice as we have a notice board in the Staff canteen.
Don't know anybody in the Lions, but there is a Rotary Club - will nose around.
