That's exactly right. Kudos to you for your wonderful work with Janet's Trust and especially for doing the defibrillators, every school should have one, and your kindness and generosity are making it possible.

erm, I have a situation I've not been in before, could someone please advise.

I had an ASL email from a buyer about an hour and a half ago regarding payment sent via Paypal family and friends, that payment hasn't arrived in my paypal account. I think this happens when there's a typo in the email address so it's possible that the buyer made a slight error with my paypal email address or it's just taking longer than usual for the payment to be received by Paypal.

Should I just give it more time, or contact the buyer via PM

or there could be a glitch with Paypal, anyone else having similar problem?

ask your buyer to check the spelling and to reverse the transaction and then send it again
