I'm declaring February as Penguin Hat Month, all members of eBid should have a penguin hat, the latest *Must Have* item, as sort after as Ebid parcel tape, lovenly knitted by Madelaine, but as Madelaine is not superwoman there will only be one penguin hat available, so expect lots of and in this months YDC tick nicking war...
