I would do it if nobody else comes forward to keep the YDC running but I would rather someone else took it on that has a bit more time.

Jan and Sue you would be good candidates too as you have both been involved with the YDC for a long time.
Awe thank you Becky I'm truly honored. Unfortunately I really don't have the time to commit myself to such a task, I'm already spreading myself thin all over the place with other projects and not enough hours in the day.

    Sorry

Just had a chat with Billy and he is happy for me to take this on as I have all but given up selling on the YDC due to physical limitations and no nearby post office...am missing my involvement....so Billy nominated me

I think allowing 3 days for this to run is a far too short. But does this post allow the co-ordinator to make changes to/rewrite the current rules, promote YDC elsewhere, get YDC into the 21st Century etc. etc. etc. or are the above 4 jobs the position with no changes?

Changes to the YDC, if needed, have always been voted on democratically and the leader of the YDC oversees that. I would have thought you would have known that already Gill as you have been on eBid for some years.

Most of us that take part in the YDC already promote YDC elsewhere.

This is YDC and not a government Becky so there's no leader.

YDC hasn't changed AT ALL in the time I have been on eBid. The rules need re-writing so that all participants know exactly what their fees will be rather than overspending their household budget in the 21st century. So, my questions remain but, 3 days is not long enough to advertise this so called job.
