    Default Job Vacancy

    For a YDC co-ordinator.

It's time to hand the YDC baton over, hopefully to someone who has a weeny bit more time than me.

I'll still be around to support all goings on ... but I really need to streamline my "things to do list".

Please nominate yourself, or someone else (with their permission), then I will run a poll to decide the winning candidate.

    Many thanks.
    Yvonne x

I would think doing the reminder thread on the 20th
Doing the plug thread on the 24th
Doing the winner's thread on the 29th
Lol and being an all round peacekeeper !!!
Considering any changes that people might want and generally telling everybody how wonderful the YDC is !

I would like to nominate you Hurry, if you would be up for it, as we have never had someone from the USA running it before. Apart from Gramma1111 who used to do the USA side of things when the YDC was split in two some years ago. It would be great to show that it is international and not just UK dominated !

Vonz you have done a wonderful job over the years, thank you so much for all your hard work.

Agree with Cornish, Hurry would be a super YDC coordinator. I'd also like to nominate Cornish, as she's always active in YDC, sometimes a bit more than the rest of us with green ticks would like, LOL!

Thanks again Vonz for all you've done and still do for YDC.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I remember Gramma1111 - she was such a super lady - listed lots of charity auctions and purchased lots of charity auctions - she also had a good spreadsheet for tallying.

Good luck to the nominated person who will be taking over!

Thank you Sue but I've got a lot on my plate at the moment with looking after my old dad and my eldest son who isn't well. With looking after four men in the household I find it hard to fit everything in as it is ! I would do it if nobody else comes forward to keep the YDC running but I would rather someone else took it on that has a bit more time.

Jan and Sue you would be good candidates too as you have both been involved with the YDC for a long time.

Oh wow, you are busy. Kudos to you for all you do, plus finding time for everything else, I couldn't do all that if they cloned me.

Trish and Meebo would be excellent choices as well, as they've both been involved in YDC for a long time and know the ropes.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

erm, I'd like to nominate myself, even though I'm still quite new to YDC, well several months now, though still newer than most. I've got lots of spare time and fully support the great fund raising of YDC. I'd love to be more involved.

Thank you! Thank you! for the nomination.

I'm open to taking on the job ... but if there is someone else who really wants it ... that's ok with me.
