Could the following catagories be added to reflect the fact that most new stamps today are clear acrylic and not rubber

Crafts, Handmade & Sewing : Rubber Stamping : Clear or Acrylic Stamps

and

Crafts, Handmade & Sewing : Rubber Stamping : Foam Backed Stamps

Would that make the residual categories "wood backed stamps" & unmounted rubber stamps? And would those cover all stamps?

Now that STAMPING as a craft utilizes various materials for stamps (currently at least three different types of stamps), the whole category is incorrect from the beginning.
You can put foam back rubber stamps on the acrylic backs, so wood-backed is a narrow definition. As it stands, it looks like this:

RUBBER STAMPING >Ink Pads & Chalk
RUBBER STAMPING > Other
RUBBER STAMPING > Rubber Stamps : Mounted
RUBBER STAMPING > Rubber Stamps: Other
RUBBER STAMPING > Rubber Stamps Unmounted

My suggestion would be:

STAMPING > Ink Pads, Refills & Chalk
STAMPING > Other (this would cover things like acrylic bases for the vinyl or acrylic stamps, or specialized stamping tools until the listings warrant more specific breakdowns)
STAMPING > Stamps : Mounted
STAMPING > Stamps : Unmounted
