I have no Pinterest button on this page.

I haven't listed any items recently and I don't have any active listings at the moment so can't check that out.

The button appears on the eBid blog homepage.

The button appears here..

Hi Graham, thanks for trying to help. The button isn't missing in the body of listings - it is missing on the page which appears after editing a listing or submitting a new listing.
The problem you mention is unrelated to the current problem. It was a different matter entirely. But thank you again for trying. I really appreciate it.

Can you please edit one of your current listings and see if the Pinterest Button appears on the page after you have submitted your changes?

Just going to try (attempt) Setup OpenDNS in Linux Mint 17 & see if that works.
Failing that I'll try (attempt lol!) Firefox prefetch.
Failing that - back to my gurus who are trying to help me crack it.

ok, update (below) from guru's means I shall be taking my Tower to them at the next meeting in the hopes of more brains looking at the problem, in the meantime I've written to Support again and asked them to have another look at the issue.

I think that the fault is not with any of the user machines.
Elizabeth, the button that is missing is a Pintrest button when creating a new item for sale?
It could be that the button is broken due to an issue on the ebid site or that the URL that is called by the button is duff etc.
This will need to be looked at in person at the makerspace
