Missing Pinterest Button?

I have no problems - but am using Firefox 35 (Beta 8) on Vista. I have been on version 35 since late November by the looks of things?

As an experiment Sherlock - maybe if you can go Beta and have a check?

Tried FF34 in safe mode = no change
tried FF 35 beta = no change
tried FF 35 in safe mode = no change
Cleared cache = no change

Not sure what beta it is just downloaded from Firefox site.

I have the problem also.

No pin button on the forum, or edited listing, it is showing on a live listing.

firefox 34 with windows Vista.

Not using pinterest at the moment, so had not noticed until it was mentioned here.

Sorry you have the problem too Paul. Have you written to Support with the info & checks that you've done?

It's on the actual listings Annie, it after you have reposted one or listed a new one that it is missing from the page that comes up and also from the top of the forum page.

Ah - understand now. But, as noted earlier, I have the Pinterest browser add on button, so rarely use the button on my listings to pin to my boards. Very handy for when wandering around t'internet.

This is what the browser Pinterest add on button did on mine ~ with great difficulty.... and then wouldn't return me to eBid once I had pinned.... note the short URL instead of the proper description & location too...

OK - can we try to narrow this down a little more? For those having issues, can you try Chrome to see if the issue persists? Just trying to narrow down whether it's the computer or the browser on the computer.

I think Paul already has Chrome on his puter... hoping he will oblige.
Buttons, have you still got Chrome on yours to try it?

(Chrome is not my flavour of the month so I don't want to download it).

I've just downloaded Opera browser.
Going to see if that works.

edit: Opera = no Pinterest buttons there either. (I've told Support)

edit again: okay, got another Tower in the other room - going to fire it up & see if that one has Pinterest or not.

Edit again: Other Tower = no Pinterest. Off to see if Tablet has it.

Sadly the Tablet didn't have Pinterest either.

So I went back to laptop which has Pinterest (using Firefox). I downloaded Opera browser onto it and I still had Pinterest ok with no problem.

SUMMARY: I have 4 computers -

2 Towers won't work with Pinterest (either with FF or Opera)
1 Tablet won't work with Pinterest (Firefox)
1 laptop which works with Pinterest with both Firefox and Opera

All computers have identical Operating System and all have latest updates.

(I've updated Support)

Just checked a few of my listings and the Pinterest button is showing on my listings. I use IE, not sure what version, likely an older one as I'm using an older puter. Maybe it's the newer browsers that have the issue? Just a thought...
