Missing Pinterest Button?

I've just listed some vintage earrings. After each listing a page comes up with buttons to pin to Social Media but there was no Pinterest Button there.



I was able to pin to Pinterest only by going onto each individual listing (in this case all 7 of them) and using the Pinterest Button on the actual listings. A real pain!

I notice the Pinterest button is missing from the top of threads also....

I've just edited 18 listings & needed to repin to Pinterest...... please put the Button back!

Just an update on this issue in case the info is useful to anyone ~

Support have been brilliant & run loads of tests and came to the conclusion the issue must lie with my computer. I am currently using a Tower. So I downloaded the Pin button onto my toolbar to see if that would work. It worked badly.... very badly. So bad I removed it.

I've just switched to my laptop ~ edited a listing, and the Pinterest Button appeared & functioned normally as it should within eBid.

Both computers have identical Operating Systems/Firefox Browsers/Add ons/Plugins etc ~ there is no difference between the two in that respect.

Has anyone got a clue as to why this should be happening please? (ie why does Pinterest work fine on one but not the other?)

Well if you are running an ad blocker:

It is possible to accidentally block certain social network buttons from appearing.

If that was the case just go into your adblocker and see what is being blocked.

Thanks Deano. Both have Adblock Plus. I've just checked the Tower one and it isn't listing as blocking Pinterest.
Also, both computers have been updated together today. (same updates on both)
