Please add barcode field to Bulk Edit

Just found out (on another thread) from a fellow forum member that Google Shopping no longer allows for store exemptions (as I'd applied for/received for my vintage jewelry store in the past) but now requires 'exempt' to be on every listing uploaded to Google Shopping.

I recently attempted to do this via Bulk Edit, only to discover that there is no facility for editing the barcode field (to add exempt) via Bulk Edit. Please consider adding this option to the Bulk Edit tool. Thank you.

Me, too. Otherwise it will take me a loooooong time to manually update each listing, likely more time than it's worth.

I had to do one at a time as well as it's only available on the bulk upload spread sheet thingy and i gave up after three goes with the shakes. I now have to do everyone again to take the logo off the pictures

I hear ya, I've got an aversion to spreadsheets myself. Hopefully eBid will see fit to add the barcode option to Bulk Edit and save us and others a lot of work.

This would be useful.

For now I do listings when I notice them - Time spent editing them all would be better spent adding new items - and I'm leaving the logos and hoping that the items will sell when people are drawn in by items listed more recently (and, now and then, it works!)

I thought eBid were adding the Exempt flag to the data feed for items that previously held exemption by other means (store/user). At least in the early days following the change to it being required on individual items. I may be wrong, or if I am right the could have stopped doing it. Ask admin.

You're right Astral, they were adding exempt in the early days.

I've just checked the first six pages of mine on GS and they're appearing ok without my adding exempt .... yet!
