Glitch In Listing Description Box

Hi,

There is a glitch in the listing description box as there is no tool bar where you can make text bold etc.

Is this happening to anyone else?

The picture shows you are using the wysiwyg simple editor, click the drop down box to the right of it & select the wysiwyg advanced editor.

You can also go to My defaults section & under the general defaults there is a line, Description Editor Style. Tick the wysiwyg advanced option & then save it.
wysiwyg advanced will now be the default editor anytime you start or edit a listing.

Thank you for the help but it is still the same when clicking the wysiwyg advanced editor.

Try it this way:

Settings (top right of forum) >
General Settings >
Miscellaneous Options > (select the Advanced Editor) >



scroll down to bottom and click Save Changes.

Also, go to My Ebid > My Defaults..... do the same there.

OK here in both IE and Firefox; must be a more local issue.

(I really do wish admin would fix the oversized image issue in forums)

Have you tried different browsers?
Might try clearing cache also.

It does sound like it is a cache problem, you have changed the editor, but still getting same screen.

Just clear your browsers cache, and it shoul then be ok.
