I am on my last roll of ebid parcel tape - is it possible to purchase at least 2 rolls?

I recently sent 2 large parcels to an overseas buyer on tos wrapping them with ebid tape.

on the 7th of November this buyer registered at ebid as seller+ and also purchased 3 items from me.

So please please let me purchase some more ebid parcel tape.

It feels as if eBid management have no interest in this. Even a reply saying "We aren't going to do this" would help.
