How to bring my store to the online status?

One of my stores is empty and offline. How can I bring it back? I have listed an item but couldn't put it back in the store...

Go to your My eBid Stores > choose the store you want > scroll down a little to Section 2 > tick the Online button > scroll down a tad and click on the Update Section 2 button.
