    Thumbs up Thank you eBid for looking out for us

    It is so disturbing that there are people out there hell bent on destroying other sellers (and buyers) reputations, as happened recently to a fellow eBid member who was treated in such a heinous manner from a customer (also a seller).

    I am so happy and relieved that the eBid owners and team are real human beings that actually listen to it's members and take time to investigate any problems that arise on the eBid site and take swift action as is necessary,

    Great sentiments indeed! - but praise must go to you too for your worthy contributions on the forum - Thankyou! - you are an inspiration to us all.

    Awe that's so kind of you m'dear. There are many other members who contribute on the forums helping others as well, I'm just but a drop in the ocean.

    I well recall the generosity and patience of 'old hands' in answering my stupid questions (that they must have answered so many times before) when I first arrived.

    I still remember who answered my very first question (sadly no longer around).

    No question is stupid IMHO but it is stupid not to ask questions/assistance when in a pickle. I remember many members who helped me out when I first started and are not around on the forums any more. Even today, I'm still learning new things on here. You my friend are a fountain of knowledge that you have collected over time and created a fabulous web page dedicated to helping other members. *hugs*

    Even with those experiences I still quote the only question not asked is the stupid one... and encourage questions.
    The other one I was brought up with was - always ask, the worst they can say is 'no'.

    I also agree there are so many that help and support both on the forums and via PM's and the help, *knowledge* and support is invaluable.

    I've just been reading the EcommerceBytes for 14th Oct, has comments on TOS paid returns encouraging buyer remorse returns and Etsy's changes affecting sales (seems to be going down the TOS route).
    It makes you so very grateful to be on a site that is honest and looks after sellers as well as buyers.
