Yes cambrensis, that "captcha" is indeed a bit confusing, took me a couple of tries to get it to work.
I had to enter my email addy, did anyone get a reply to say that their vote had been recognised, I wonder?

That's odd, normally if you have to enter your email addy you get a notification that your vote has been counted.

I did'nt get an email either, perhaps they are using the email to check you are not voting more than once or for marketing purposes.

For anything that requires an email like that I use a throw away email service, you can use the email then delete it if you want, if you use it for only one company you can see if they are selling your email to a third party also.

Thinking about it, it must be for marketing; so many have several email addresses that it would not do as a check - though, having said that, we know what Banking services are like...
