I sometimes see threads here from people who think eBid is asking for too much information to verify their identity. I'm going to figure out how to find this thread, give it a bump, and ask them to read it. Security is a priority on eBid.

I left TOS back in 2008 when my account was hacked, along with several other seller accounts, so obviously things haven't improved over there. They also took 24 days to put my account right which cost me my power seller rating.
eBid does seem to do a good job with security, they have always acted quickly when there has been any cause for concern.

Support here is the best anywhere. It's one of the biggest jewels in their crown. And I know about such things!

Well whoever was checking these things, need to pass on the info to users
- NEVER EVER been able to have negative removed regardless of reason or what has been written as 'its their experience and they are allowed to share that' When we have proof of buyers attempting and succeeding to steal that is removed... we as sellers are NOT allowed to warn other buyers or help in a combined effort to have naughty buyers stopped.
