Oh Meebo I'm so glad you remembered my 'special ingredient. You know it's funny, even when Sergeant Major Cornish stops for a coffee break she is so dedicated to her duties she is still compelled to carry on inspecting the underside of the mess tables !

No thought I would give my blisters and corns an airing after all the route marches !
